Board of Directors

Hal Frank H. “Hal” Clark, Chairman of the Board, has been a Director of the Company since 1987.  Mr. Clark resides in Guymon, Oklahoma, where he owns and manages the Clark Auto Ranch dealership.  He also owns and operates a ranch near the Black Mesa in Cimarron County, Oklahoma.  Mr. Clark has been on numerous committees and commissions whose goal has been improving economic conditions and quality of life for Oklahoma citizens, including serving on the Cimarron County Conservation District for 40 years and the Oklahoma Conservation Commission for 17 years.  Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from Texas Tech University.
Hudson  Lee Roy Hudson, Vice Chairman of the Board, has been a Director since 1990.  Mr. Hudson resides in Hollis, Oklahoma, and is actively involved in his family farm and the Hudson Equipment Company.  Mr. Hudson is a Director of the Great Plains National Bank; Harmon County Conservation District Director; and past state president of the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts.
Woodson  Paul Woodson, Board Secretary, has been a Director of the Company since 1998.  He resides in Norman, Oklahoma.  Mr. Woodson has 38 years of Federal and state experience in computers and systems analysis, including 28 years with the FAA.  He recently retired from the FAA as a systems analyst to manage his family’s oil and gas business.  Mr. Woodson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University.
Sandmann  Charles W. Sandmann, was President of Farmers Union Cooperative Royalty Company from 1986 to 2002.  Before working for Farmers, he spent 31 years in education, at both the local and state level.  Mr. Sandmann resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He holds a Doctorate of Education degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Dub Peace HW “Dub” Peace, II, was President, CEO, and a director of Panhandle Royalty Company from October 1991 through March 2006 when he retired.  Mr. Peace previously worked for Unocal and Cotton Petroleum and was COO of Hadson Petroleum.  Mr. Peace holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in geology from the University of Oklahoma.  Mr. Peace is currently President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners.  He retired from the Naval Reserve as a Captain after 23 years of active and ready reserve duty.
