Our History

Farmers Royalty Company was formed in 1928 to allow farmers to pool their mineral acres. Our minerals are located primarily in Oklahoma, where we have 83,469 net mineral acres. We also own minerals in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico and other states for a total today of 103,304 mineral acres.

Our Strategy

Our performance is the product of our business strategy: 1) acquiring additional minerals; 2) participating in wells that meet our rigourous geological and economic criteria; and 3) participating in wells in which we do not have a mineral interest. During the past three years, this business strategy has facilitated an increase in our assets from $15.3 million to $20.7 million and an increase in our revenues from $9.1 million to $11.8 million.
